Welcoming two new members to the Livewire Team!
Livewire is excited to welcome two new members to the team this month on a full-time basis – Pierrette Masimango and Dan Couto.
Dan Couto joins our team of Creative Directors. He has over 16 years of agency experience, and has been working with Livewire as a freelancer throughout the past year. During this time, it has become apparent that Dan is uniquely suited for the position of CD and it is a role that he has held in the past. Dan’s contributions to the projects he’s worked on to date have been unparalleled. He is an artist, thinker, and a craftsman with a campaign mind, who has done it all: art direction, creative direction, graphic design, conceptual thinking, abstract design thinking, storytelling, branded content, advertising, ad campaign development, digital advertising, digital content, social media, TV commercials, video content, brand identity, experiential, and identity design. Dan’s calm demeanor and boundless imagination are sure to be a great fit for the team!
Pierrette also joins the Livewire Team this week as an Integrated Producer, bringing with her 10 years’ experience in content marketing, digital, and television production. Over the course of her career, she has worked on video and audio campaigns for pharmaceutical, banking, beauty and lifestyle companies including; Pfizer, BMO, Subaru and John Frieda. Born and raised in Montreal, Pierrette has also lived in Winnipeg where she worked on two 13-episode docuseries that aired on APTN and Radio-Canada. Her experience in digital content management includes work on the music streaming app SessionsX, where she worked with musical acts like Barenaked Ladies, Jonny Reid and Carvin Winans. She most recently worked on one of Canada’s most prominent YouTube channels, How To Cake It, where she managed the rigorous demands of maintaining a channel with 3.6+ million subscribers. When Pierrette isn’t producing, you can find her doing portrait and fine art photography.
